Aryana N. Gaines is an experienced costume designer, technician, and project manager with a background in dance and an educational foundation in costume design and technology and contour fashion innovation. She holds a BFA in Costume Design and Technology from the University of Mississippi, where she worked on theatrical productions as a designer; stitcher; and cutter/draper, and an MSc in Contour Fashion Innovation from De Montfort University Leicester. Aryana’s master's research focuses on inclusive and sustainable dancewear. 
Aryana brings extensive freelance experience as the owner of Aryana N. Gaines Studio, offering design and construction services for clients seeking bespoke garments, while also providing design, manufacturing, project management, and research expertise to small start-ups to support their growth and operational goals. Her specialized costuming services have been sought by prominent theatre and fashion companies, including the Santa Fe Opera, Nashville Ballet, and David’s Bridal, where her skill and versatility have contributed to high-profile productions and collections.
